Ratio: The defendant appealed his coviction for driving with excess alcohol. The Intoximeter readings had shown a test calibration range outside the figures set down. An officer gave evidence that the machine was working correctly.
Held: The issue of the reliability of the Intoximeter had not been raised at the trial, and could not now be raised. The certificate was effective.
